'05-10 Scion tC Radiator Cooling Plate (textured)
This panel comes with a textured surface. If you are planning on painting the panel to match your tC, you can opt for a smooth-side up panel, which will come with a machine prepped surface, almost ready for paint. All panels are made of .090” ABS, which is flexible and durable.
'05-10 Scion tC Radiator Cooling Plate (smooth)
This panel comes with a smooth surface. It is highly recommended that you paint, or have this panel painted, as the machine prepped surface is a dull grey, and is susceptible to fingerprints, oil spots, etc. It can be painted with normal paints, though a base coat of bonding agent/flexative makes for a smoother, more durable finish.
'05-10 Scion tC Signature Series Radiator Cooling Plate
This panel comes with a smooth, painted surface. The default for the SigSeries panel is a satin black finish with a “ghost” graphite colored logo; you may request the logo in a variety of colors (silver, white, red, etc.) at no extra charge.
'05-10 Scion tC Personalized Signature Series Plate

This panel comes with a smooth, painted surface. The default for the Personalized SigSeries panel is a satin black finish with white logos/graphics: the Doctor Isotope logo on the right, and the lettering of your choice on the left. Like the SigSeries, you may request different colors (like the red shown above.)
'05-10 Scion tC Valve Cover Trim Plate
If you've decided to paint your valve cover and ditch the annoying plastic "engine cover", then here's the piece for you. Cut from T6061 aluminum sheet and available in unfinished (if you wish to have the piece powdercoated), or in low-gloss black (shown), the plate does an excellent job of cleaning up the appearance of your VC by hiding the coil packs.
Comes with all necessary hardware for installation.
'05-08 Scion tC Cold Air Intake Panel for Injen

If you've got a CAI, there's a good chance you've had the upper bracket break on you. Well, instead of letting the lip on the inner fender wear a hole in your CAI piping, you should definitely consider a CAI panel. This panel mounts to the inner fender, just behind the underhood fusebox, and provides an insulated pass-thru for the CAI tubing, eliminating any chance of the piping rubbing (or rattling) against the chassis. This panel fits the Injen Cold Air Intake.
'08-10 Scion tC Cold Air Intake Panel for Injen (Redesigned)
Injen redisigned their CAI sometime near the start of the 09MY, going to reduced size piping where the piping passes through the fenderwall; if you have a late '08 through current release tC and an Injen intake, this is likely the panel that will fit your vehicle. The MAF is the same for all of the Injen intakes after 07, so I can't be 100% sure which model you have. The best method is to look at your intake, and if the piping size "steps down" as it enters the fenderwell, you need this panel.

'05-10 Scion tC Speaker Baffles (front or rear)
The factory speakers are a one-piece speaker/baffle arrangement. So when you go to replace them, you need to use a baffle to mount any aftermarket speaker to. I will make a set of baffles (for front or rear) custom cut to fit your speakers. The baffles are made of 3/4” material (could be any of the following, depending on what I have on hand: MDF, ULMDF, birch plywood, maple plywood, structural plywood) cut on a bandsaw and fully finished. The speaker holes are cut with a Porter Cable router w/ Jasper circle cutting jig, for a perfect cutout every time. After sanding, the baffles are coated with acrylic lacquer to protect them from the elements/wear. Please contact me via e-mail to specify whether you need front or rear, and what size cutout you require.
'05-10 Scion tC Speaker Baffles (set of 4)
Set of four pictured. Fronts are at top of photo, cut for JL ZR525Csi; rears are on bottom of photo, cut to fit JL VR650Cxi coaxials. You will need to provide your own hardware to mount the fronts (as the factory speakers are riveted on), but the rears reuse the OEM bolts. You can indicate required cutouts in the notes on the Paypal checkout form, or ontact me via the contact link at the top of the page.
